Click "Options" toolbar button, then select "Video" tab page.
Compressor Group:
Compressor: Select encoder for the screen recording files. The
encoders can compress your recording files to make the file size smaller and
play faster. The default selection is "Microsoft Video 1".
Quality: Specify the quality of the video, it determines how nicely
the pictures are saved. A higher value makes the pictures nicely but the
recording file size will be larger. Not all compressors support this
feature.
Configure: Click this button to configure the selected compressor.
Frame Group:
Frame rate: This specifies how many frames per second will be
recorded. A high value makes the video smoother but the file size will be
larger.
Key frame rate: This specifies how often full frames are written to
an video file. A low value will result in good quality video but the file size
will be larger.
